Tongue Fish / Ikan Lidah (M) 龙舌 PER KG (SEASONAL)

These Indo-Pacific fish are not actually sole, but Tonguefish (family Cynoglossidae). The flesh of this fish is white and light in flavor, but still satisfying. It is very delicate so needs to be handled carefully.
